Part of Mini-Mansion, private, Lake Erie views

The area was quiet and peaceful. You good see the Lake but there were houses and power lines telephone poles, was not clear views. Nice restaurant just down the road for dinner and also another one we had breakfast at. Was clean and would stay again.

EXCEPTIONAL RNR PLACE Positive: The location and peace this place offered was exceptional. I loved the privacy. honestly felt like we were the only people there and the space, there's so much i could say but not enough room. Amazing place to rest and relax. I would enjoy a summer trip and we plan to revisit at some point due to how at home we felt. The space could use a upstairs bathroom or at least half but otherwise it's still works even if 2 couples were to go and visit. The amount of blankets they have accessible is amazing. I myself am always cold so for me ALL a win. Negative: There's nothing that I didn't like. only thing I suggest is upstairs bathroom

The place was perfect for what I was looking for the scenery/ location was beautiful and convenient and the place was clean, spacious and tasteful. I was most grateful for how thoughtful the host was for providing wine/soda/water and even bubble bath soap lol the only negative for me was the spiders. Every night we came back, a spider would create a new web on the outside stairway that led to the entrance. My fiancé and I actually got bit breaking up the webs. In regard to the Airbnb, it was cute and worked well for a few over night stays. When we got there the doors and windows were open greeting us with a beautiful breeze from the lake. Night time was a little warm as we were unable to figure out the thermostat. (Note: there are two not just the one in the primary suite). We reached out to the host a little late for clarification. He was able to help us when we let him know. In regard to the town, if you’ve seen schitts creek and wanted to experience it, this is your opportunity. There isn’t much to the town. I think we counted 3 restaurants and 1 gas station. It was rainy/gloomy during the trip so there wasn’t much alternate entertainment unless we drove to Monroe. It seems like a place where no one is in a hurry. They didn’t seem to enjoy too many visitors as there is no public parking. Again, the airbnb works and is cute just not a lot to the town. I typically don’t write review this long but I know I would’ve like to know more.

The place was very clean and very pretty. We loved our stay there. There was a little mix up with payent on my end before my stay but Michael was fast to respond and was very nice. Everything worked out very well for us!

This place is perfect! Looks exactly like the pictures! This place was a steal for the price! We will definitely be back!

Overall a positive experience for our 5-day stay however I think the listing description should include the reality that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the entrance, and once inside, the rooms are located on different levels, which means constantly going up and down stairs. Also I was HUGELY disappointed that the advertised pickleball & tennis courts were merely unused weedy courts with no nets. Not the fault of this owner of course (as it's a public park), but as having close access to courts was a primary reason why I selected this place over other options, I believe the listing description needs to be updated.

Loved it! Positive: The hosts were so thoughtful! Beverages were ready and candy dishes set out. Appliances were in good shape and useful! Great stay! Negative: Not the fault of the property, but the neighbors burned trash and made it rough for several hours of breathing. The tornado sirens went off twice in one night. Not sure why! Anyway, the place itself is close to the beach and a great getaway.

Great AirBnB exactly as described in listing! Nice views of the neighborhood from the windows, generous drinks and snacks waiting for us on arrival, and very reasonable check-in and check-out process with no hassle. Our hosts were also kind enough to let us spend some time on one of their other unoccupied properties so we could enjoy a morning along the lakefront - a very thoughtful gesture that really made our trip! Two things to note: 1. The WiFi signal strength is a bit weak - fortunately the hosts mentioned this before we booked so we were prepared with a small travel router/wifi extender, but otherwise remote working would have been a challenge. 2. The neighborhood has a bunch of Anti-AirBnB signs and even just going for a walk down the street we were met with some "you don't look like you're from around these parts" stares as opposed to typical midwestern friendliness. Neither of these affected how much we enjoyed our stay - bottom line was still a 5-star experience!

Michael is one of the best hosts we have encountered. The apartment was clean and spacious. luna Pier is a charming small place, worth visiting.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and this didn’t disappoint. Beautiful house! The weather allowed us to open the windows and create a really great breeze throughout. Yes, the bugs outside can be a lot but you are right between a canal and a lake, that’s the lake life! Really enjoyed our stay! Thanks, Michael!

Perfect for a little fishing trip. The channel in back was great, we caught several catfish and silver bass. Only minutes away from the pier. Great little relaxed location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to get away for a minute and this was wonderful. We would definitely come and stay again. He even let us know about his property across the street and let us walk over to check out the pier. He gave us wonderful recommendations and instructions were very clear. Very attentive with any questions we had.

This was our first time utilizing Air B&B and We planned a nearby getaway to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. We love the town of Luna pier, it is such a peaceful and beautiful little beach town to escape to for the weekend. The place was amazing, I loved the vibe of the house and the outdoor patio/space and the beautiful surroundings was an added bonus along with the bathroom w/jacuzzi tub. We brought our bikes to cruise around the area and had an amazing time. The host had clear instructions on how to check in and it was so easy. He was also kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Thank you!! We had no reason to contact the host during our stay because everything was already set up for us. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and appreciate you letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again since it’s so close by. What perfect place for a quiet get away. The sound of bird and the water in the cannal was soo peaceful. Would definitely recommend this stay!!!

This is a fun, quirky apartment in Luna Pier. The memory foam bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking, and the views of the lake are lovely. It is Lake Erie, so if you know, you know what that can smell like sometimes. But it's a mostly quiet neighborhood, easy parking in the driveway, and a fun little getaway spot. The one annoying thing is that the neighbor across the street has a talking security camera that goes off constantly saying, "Hi! You are being recorded." It's a little creepy but eventually fades into the background noise. Best of all is the range of bird life taking advantage of the canal and the lake -- wake up in the spring to a cacophony of birdsong. A quaint visit for a couple days, for sure.
